Each product page includes detailed size charts and measurements. We recommend checking these against your own measurements for the perfect fit. Remember, our costumes are designed for transformation – some may have unique fitting requirements to achieve the desired character effect.

Yes! We take your security seriously. Our payment processing systems use industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information. We never store your complete payment details on our servers.

Orders enter our processing system quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the processing stage.

Based in Coolac, Australia, we proudly serve costume enthusiasts worldwide! Whether you’re in Melbourne preparing for a 70s themed party, in Manhattan getting ready for Halloween, or anywhere else across the globe—we’re here to deliver your transformation tools right to your doorstep.

Please note: While we serve most locations globally, there are a few remote exceptions. If you have concerns about your specific location, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your costume’s journey to your doorstep.

If your costume doesn’t help you become exactly who you imagined, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. We want every Hidden Identity experience to be magical.

Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and address.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items like wigs and makeup may have different return requirements – please contact us for specific details.

While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your preferences, and makes future purchases faster.
